Rejuvenating Self Care Sunday

Self Care Sunday is an awesome way to relax and be rested for the week ahead! Affordable classes & services, welcoming environment, friendly practitioners. What is not to love??
Join us Sunday April 30th starting at 3 pm with wellness services from Reiki Master Sidney, Thai Massage by Randi, and Psychic Reading with Lori will be offering their services from 3-6pm. Merlin’s Divine Chocolate will also be vending her organic cacao products, as well as, soap sales. More vendors TBA.
The night will end with Restorative yoga w/ Katelyn from 7-8 pm. Class will consist of deep stretching, relaxing breathwork, & ambient music to calm your mind, relax your nervous system, and open your heart. Class is donation based and mats are provided. Come early to set up as class fills up fast!
All services are individually paid.
